Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring quality, hygiene, and safety in the preparation and distribution of meals for employees, while maintaining dish presentation and flavor. Key Highlights: 1. Food quality control and storage COOK **Commitment:** Ensure that meals served to company employees are prepared with quality, in compliance with hygiene and safety standards, consistently maintaining quality, presentation, and flavor of prepared dishes **Responsibilities:** Prepare food according to received instructions and/or the company-approved menu, always ensuring quality, presentation, and flavor of prepared dishes; Distribute ready-to-serve food and manage restocking and appropriate temperature control; Collect and store samples of served meals; Inspect and store food items, promptly reporting any abnormalities to the procurement department and immediate supervisor; Perform food quality control to ensure freshness, suitability for consumption, and compliance with company-established standards; Check product expiration dates, maintain food hygiene throughout the preparation process, and monitor correct ingredient temperature and storage; **Requirements:** Completed High School Education; Basic knowledge of food handling and storage **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:48.
