Job Summary: MTO is seeking a Cook to master the preparation of hot dishes, organize the workstation, maintain a clean and functional kitchen, and assist in dish production. Key Highlights: 1. Support in producing à la carte and executive dishes **About Us:** We are MTO, the company responsible for managing the O Matuto Fogo \& Mar and O Matuto Expressa units. Currently, we manage 19 units across the state — including 4 Fogo \& Mar units in Campinas and 15 Expressa units spread throughout the region and capital. MTO is passionate about great food and motivated to deliver and share wonderful moments! **Position: COOK** **Location: O Matuto Fogo \& Mar \- Shopping Dom Pedro** **Your daily menu:** Mastery in preparing hot dishes, rice, beans, sauces, etc.; efficient organization of the workstation; maintaining a clean and functional kitchen; and strictly following food collection and labeling procedures. Also requires the ability to set up the buffet within the scheduled time, promptly respond to service demands, and assist in producing à la carte and executive dishes. **Ingredients we seek:** Flexibility in work schedule.
