Artisanal burger assembly and snack preparation 3. Workplace organization and cleaning **Required:** Cook/Line Cook Daily Responsibilities The routine is highly varied. On busier days, the focus is on skewer and artisanal burger preparation; on quieter days, assistance is provided in portion/snack production. Daily "mise en place" is practiced to support service during customer-facing hours.
