On busier days, the focus is on preparing skewers and artisanal hamburgers; on quieter days, assistance is provided in producing portions/snacks. Daily "mise en place" is practiced to support operations during customer-facing service hours. Requirements (experience and qualifications needed for the candidate to perform the job functions) Grilling experience for meats/burgers (minimum 3 years) Assembly of artisanal burgers Preparation of snacks/portions Ability to read and follow technical recipes Attention to production orders Workplace organization and cleanliness **Preferred Qualifications:** attributes that make a candidate more valuable and competitive for the position Good communication skills, attention to orders, punctuality, respect, and proactivity **Work Location:** Cristo Rei/Curitiba **Benefits:** Sindeclub (union benefits club), R$300.00 bonus for perfect attendance/punctuality, transportation allowance via PIX **Salary:** R$ 2700.00 **Working Hours:** Mon-Sat, 2:50 PM - 10:22 PM **Minimum Education:** Elementary School (1st level)
