Support the team and the Chef in routine tasks and events **Job Description** We are looking for a **Cook** to join our Food & Beverage team at our hotel. The professional will be responsible for meal preparation, kitchen organization, and supporting daily operations, ensuring quality, flavor, and presentation of dishes while adhering to internal standards and food safety regulations. **Responsibilities** * Prepare, plate, and finish dishes according to technical specifications and hotel-established standards; * Assist in preparing meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, events, and room service; * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and maintenance of the kitchen and support areas; * Control waste, ensure proper use of ingredients, and contribute to optimal food utilization; * Perform cleaning of utensils and equipment as needed; * Follow sanitary regulations, good handling practices, and internal procedures; * Support the team and the Chef in routine and special activities (events, holidays, etc.); * Meet department-established goals for quality, punctuality, and service.
