The professional is responsible for coordinating the FLV sector team, defining supply needs for the area according to demand, and complying with and disseminating the company's standards and rules. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate the FLV sector, monitor and identify priorities for product replenishment, request product picking from inventory, supervise product restocking while ensuring products are clean, undamaged, within their expiration date, and correctly allocated at the point of sale—thereby preventing stockouts in the sector. * Monitor FLV product receiving, verify the quality of received products, oversee counting, and request dispatch of products to shelves and islands. * Regularly monitor the expiration dates of products displayed at the point of sale; inspect all FLV islands, refrigerators, and shelves to identify spoiled or unsellable items and remove and forward them to the damage control department. Upon identifying damaged goods elsewhere, request that such merchandise be sent to the damage control department. * Monitor inventory levels, check daily whether stock levels meet store requirements, observe and request deliveries—as needed—for high-turnover products in the store. Alert store management when excessively high inventory levels are observed for specific products and suggest promotional actions for those items. * Prior to store opening, verify staff shortages, assemble the work team by assigning employees to their respective workstations, hold a daily meeting to communicate sector- and company-related information and directives. Check for damages, stockouts, price changes, and replenishment needs; verify the operation of refrigerated counters, freezers, cold rooms, and hydraulic carts used in the sector; and take appropriate actions to ensure replenishment, organization, and cleaning processes in the sector. * Propose new layouts for the sector to optimize customer flow and facilitate restocking. * Directly contribute to organizing the store’s inventory: define the inventory team and develop shift schedules. Assist in selecting items to be inventoried, monitor inventory activities, and consolidate data for the final report. * Prepare work schedules, assign staff according to task priorities, and communicate schedules to team members. Monitor team hour bank balances—both negative and positive—and request adjustments as necessary. Track individual employee performance and productivity, instruct staff on company procedures, and guide them toward improved performance. Apply disciplinary measures to staff when required. * Assist customers with general product inquiries and respond to specific telesales calls to provide information on in-stock product quantities. * Supervise supplier promoters’ activities, verify promoter identification, instruct them on store procedures, direct them to their assigned activity locations, and monitor execution of their tasks.
