**What does the CRM area do at Porto?**
Porto's CRM structure is centralized and serves the four business verticals (Health, Bank, Insurance, and Services), aiming to increase the value generated by each customer over time. This position operates within multidisciplinary Growth squads focused on digital sales, serving as the technical and strategic CRM reference within its assigned squad.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
The Senior CRM Strategy Analyst is responsible for transforming behavioral data into relationship strategies that directly impact the business metrics of the vertical.
* Develop audience segmentation based on RFV models, usage behavior, and propensity, moving beyond generic communication toward individual relevance.
* Design and operationalize CRM journeys aimed at deepening customer relationships—considering more products per customer, higher recurrence, and greater principal engagement.
* Structure campaign briefings, coordinate content production, and ensure integrated execution across channels.
* Continuously analyze CRM initiative performance rigorously—using control groups, incremental lift, and attribution—to generate hypotheses and translate results into business decisions.
* Contribute to growing digital engagement as a strategic channel for relationship building and sales within the vertical.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed undergraduate degree;
* Solid experience in CRM, Growth, and related areas;
* Experience in ecosystems with multiple products—preferably in finance or insurance;
* Technical proficiency in marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, or Braze) and data analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics);
* Analytical profile with ability to interpret large volumes of data and convert them into actionable insights;
* Ability to collaborate effectively within squads and influence partner areas without direct authority.
