Responsibilities: * Manage daily restaurant operations (kitchen and service) * Lead, train, and motivate the team * Control inventory, orders, and suppliers * Ensure high-quality customer service * Ensure compliance with sanitary regulations and company standards * Prepare work schedules and monitor employee attendance * Address conflicts and drive continuous operational improvement Requirements: * Prior experience as a restaurant or fast-food outlet manager or supervisor * Team leadership skills * Organizational ability and proactivity * Basic knowledge of cost and inventory control * Strong communication skills and results orientation * Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3.500,00 - R$4.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
