We seek an experienced and visionary Operations Director to lead operations and drive business growth. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement effective operational strategies to optimize the efficiency and quality of digital products. * Oversee all company operational activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Analyze and improve internal processes to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with product and technology teams to ensure solutions meet market and customer needs. * Manage cross-functional teams, promoting a collaborative and innovative work environment. * Monitor performance metrics and implement solutions for continuous improvement. * Establish strategic partnerships with other companies and industry stakeholders. * Lead digital transformation and innovation initiatives within the organization. Requirements: * Fluent English * Proven leadership experience, preferably as an Operations Director or in equivalent managerial roles within **technology companies.** * Solid understanding of digital products and associated processes in telematics and automotive domains. * Ability to manage operations and teams in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. * Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields; an MBA is a plus.
