At the executive level, we have a President and two directors; among our workforce, we employ approximately 1\.000 direct employees and 200 indirect employees, including leadership, sales, after-sales, parts, and administrative staff. **The Destaque Group—today a market reference in the automotive industry—is seeking a MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN to join its team.** **What do we expect from you?** We seek professionals committed to achieving their goals and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering engagement between our brand and the manufacturer. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your daily responsibilities will include:** ------------------------------ * Performing diagnostic services assigned by senior technicians; * Conducting medium- and low-complexity diagnostics; * Carrying out services following pre-established procedures outlined in manuals; * Performing repairs and interventions with quality, in accordance with work order instructions, across all mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic systems; * Performing high-complexity repairs (e.g., engine, clutch, transmission, etc.), ensuring service quality and adhering to work order instructions; * Understanding various repair techniques and identifying supplementary work required; * Consulting available technical documentation for information; * Ensuring, upon completion of repairs, that all equipment and replaced parts are in good condition; * Using the GDS system at an advanced level, effectively interpreting vehicle systems; * Assisting less-experienced technicians with more complex issues. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What are we looking for?** ------------------- **Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- * Education: Completed High School; * Professional Experience: 2–3 years in the role; * Knowledge of automotive mechanics; * Driver’s License Class B (valid). **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Technical Course in Mechanics. **Where will you work?** ---------------------------- * Based in Mogi das Cruzes – SP; * 100% on-site opportunity; * Working hours: Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00\. **Additional Information** **Because we value people, here are the benefits awaiting you as part of our team:** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ * We care about your health!
