If you seek a welcoming environment with learning opportunities and great pride in being part of it… this position is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist Physical Education professionals in attending students; * Assist Physical Education professionals in group classes such as stretching, abdominal workouts, indoor cycling, localized training, mat Pilates, rhythm-based classes, functional training, senior fitness, among others; * Assist Physical Education professionals in designing student workout plans according to functional assessments, ensuring proper development and monitoring physical progress to prevent injuries and muscle strain; * Assist students in selecting appropriate weights and loads for correct exercise execution; * Assist students with stretching exercises to prevent injuries and strain; * Assist in planning and executing PIC’s sports, recreational, and social events, conveying necessary information to participants as per pre-established guidelines; * Ensure student learning and motivation to support long-term engagement, while fostering an enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere for activities; * Maintain the cleanliness and perfect condition of the work environment and equipment; * Report to Physical Education professionals any incidents beyond your control, enabling prompt action by your immediate supervisor according to internal policies; * Perform other tasks as required by the department and instructions from your immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed coursework in Anatomy, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Sports Training, and Strength Training; * Customer service skills; * Interpersonal relationship skills; * Ability to work under pressure; * Commitment; * Effective communication; * Dynamism (including vigor, speed, energy, vitality); * Flexibility; * Ability to work in a team; * Initiative; * Ethics; * Planning (including organization). **Additional Information** * Happy Day; * Transportation Allowance; * Weekend and holiday lunch; * SESC Membership; * Life Insurance. The **PAMPULHA IATE CLUBE** was born from a dream, conceived to offer a grand and exuberant setting. It is a distinctive club renowned for housing one of the country’s largest sports complexes and vast green areas. Its bold design bears the signatures of three great masters: Oscar Niemeyer, Cândido Portinari, and Roberto Burle Marx, whose beautiful gardens frame its more than 70,000 square meters. Sixty years ago, the city paused to await the inauguration of this new club, which took place on January 26, 1961, attended by twenty thousand people, including then-Senator Juscelino Kubitscheck, who served as the ceremony’s patron. PIC enjoys the highest reputation among Minas Gerais society and is part of the capital’s history. Nationally recognized for its sophistication and social significance, PIC has become a benchmark for high-quality leisure — the result of a brilliant past built on solid foundations. Each of the 13 presidents who have led the club left their mark and worked tirelessly, with love and dedication, for the PIC cause.
