Conduct evaluations of developed and delivered training programs, ensuring technical conditions for employee performance in operations. Implement and update operational procedures for the area of responsibility in accordance with best practices, incidents occurring during shifts, and/or legal requirements. Conduct and monitor Traffic/Rescue Drive Tests following predefined procedures. Administer driving tests to certify whether candidates are qualified to perform the role in internal and external selection processes. Issue and manage preparation of reports on conducted trainings, aiming to ensure availability of information regarding progress of work and achieved results, thereby supporting appropriate decision-making analysis and decisions. Plan, organize, and execute simulations and realistic simulation trainings according to the curriculum. Monitor performance indicators of the area, analyzing objective versus achieved results reports, establishing corrections, strategy reviews, and reorienting the workflow if necessary. Contribute to team maintenance, retention, and motivation by identifying needs for training and development, promotion, transfer, replacement, etc. Perform activities in alignment with Motiva’s Golden Rules to prevent unsafe behaviors, thereby contributing to prevention and comprehensive monitoring of daily work routines.
