Postgraduate studies, MBA, or certifications in Product Management, UX, or Digital Product Management are desirable but not mandatory. * \- Digital Product Management: Proven experience managing digital products—including defining vision, strategy, roadmaps, and feature prioritization—in SaaS environments or complex platforms. * \- Continuous Discovery and Validation Methods: Solid knowledge of discovery techniques, user interviews, hypothesis testing, journey mapping, and methodologies such as Lean Product, Dual-Track Development, Design Thinking, and Jobs-to-be-Done. * \- Metrics and Data Analysis: Proficiency in product metrics (KPIs, North Star, AARRR, adoption, engagement, retention), use of analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Power BI), and ability to make data-driven decisions. * \- Product and Collaboration Tools: Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Figma, Confluence, Miro, and other platforms used for planning, documentation, and prototyping. * \- Go-to-Market Experience: Familiarity with feature launch practices—including internal and external communication, alignment with Support, Marketing, Sales, and stakeholders—to ensure efficient adoption. * \- Desirable Certifications: Certifications such as CSPO, PM3, Product School, AIPMM, or similar are considered advantageous but not required.
