Job Summary: A professional who provides courteous customer service, presents the menu, takes and serves orders, monitors customer satisfaction, and maintains dining area organization in a bar and restaurant. As a **Waiter**, you will: * Greet and seat customers courteously. * Present the menu and clarify questions regarding dishes and beverages. * Accurately take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar. * Serve food and beverages in accordance with hygiene standards and house protocols. * Monitor customer satisfaction during the meal. * Organize and clean tables before and after service. * Manage bills and perform accurate closing procedures. * Assist in dining area organization and restocking of supplies. **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 7:20 PM, or Shift 2: Monday to Saturday, 3:00 PM to 11:15 PM Requirements * Prior experience as a waiter is preferred. * Availability to work on Saturdays. * Basic knowledge of good customer service practices. * Proficiency in using order management systems (electronic order slips). * Residency in Osasco or easy access to the Presidente Altino neighborhood. * Immediate start.
