Join us and help shape the future in an environment of growth and success. **Responsibilities and duties** * Open and close school facilities; * Monitor, observe, and guide the entry and exit of individuals, paying attention to movement at the reception area; * Control personnel access by verifying identifications and authorizations to ensure only authorized individuals enter; * Register authorized personnel and keep the registry updated; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area; * Guide individuals to reception or their destinations courteously and willingly; * Forward correspondence to reception or unit management; * Perform other related duties as required by departmental needs and managerial direction. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Six months of experience in this role; * Basic knowledge of customer service; * Knowledge of reception services; * Attention to detail; * Discretion; * Communication skills; * Proactivity; * Interpersonal skills. **Additional information** Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM | Saturday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
