Engemix is Votorantim Cimentos’ concrete business unit. Founded in 1968, Engemix has established itself as a reference in concrete quality. With over 40 strategically located concrete batching plants across Brazil, the Engemix brand has participated in many of Brazil’s most important construction projects, including Guarulhos Airport and the Estaiada Bridge, both in São Paulo state; Grêmio Arena in Porto Alegre (RS); the Aracati Wind Farm (CE); the Olympic Park in Rio de Janeiro (RJ); and Pernambuco Arena in Recife (PE). **Responsibilities and Duties**
* Drive cargo transport vehicles and deliver concrete pump equipment to designated locations
* as per pre-established instructions.
* Complete vehicle checklists, verifying oil levels,
* tire wear, and cleanliness conditions,
* identifying maintenance needs, reporting failures, and requesting repairs
* to ensure vehicles remain in optimal condition.
* Assist and monitor loading and assembly of equipment and pipelines
* for product discharge at customer sites.
* Operate the concrete pump equipment using controls, levers,
* and command devices
* to discharge the product according to schedule and specifications.
* Inspect the transported product to ensure compliance with customer-approved specifications,
* refusing discharge of non-conforming products and obtaining required authorizations.
* Keep the work area and equipment under your responsibility clean and organized
* to prevent product contamination during discharge.
* Return the vehicle after each work shift to allow for maintenance, washing,
* and refueling.
* Perform emergency vehicle repairs, requesting necessary parts and equipment.
* Conduct preliminary risk analysis for tasks to be performed, following established safety norms and procedures.
* Carry out activities in accordance with predefined standards for safety, quality, and environmental protection
* to support the company in achieving its goals.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed elementary education
* Experience operating cargo transport vehicles
* Brazilian National Driver’s License – Category C
* Desirable:
* Knowledge of concrete
* Basic mechanical and hydraulic knowledge
* Defensive driving course
