The entire Disfer team is trained to focus on the sales potential of retail points, aiming to strengthen the connection between manufacturers and end consumers. **Responsibilities and duties** Assist in internal goods handling processes, including order picking and packaging of merchandise. **Requirements and qualifications** Currently enrolled in high school; Resident of Bauru city. **Additional information** On-site meals; Meal allowance; Transportation allowance; Life insurance. We distribute brands from major industries, including: 3M, Colgate\-Palmolive, Mondelez, Nissin, Nivea, Cooxupé, General Mills, Rayovac, Zanlorenzi, and Pronova. Our team operates in alignment with the service and quality strategies and policies of these industries, serving as a key link in the supply and distribution chain across the regions of Bauru, Marília, Presidente Prudente, Araçatuba, São José do Rio Preto, and Ribeirão Preto. Our headquarters is located in Bauru, on a 7\.430 m² owned property housing our administrative department, commercial center, and warehouse—capable of storing over 4\.000 pallets, including 500 pallets in refrigerated space. Disfer also maintains a sales office in Ribeirão Preto. We employ over 350 highly qualified professionals, ready to meet industry standards and deliver differentiated service to our customers—fully aligned with the strategies and policies of each represented industry.
