




Job Summary: We are seeking a consultative and strategic Sales Representative for prospecting, portfolio management, and client and architect relationship building within the corporate furniture segment. Our mission is to transform workplaces with outstanding furniture, offering comprehensive solutions including chairs, tables, partitions, and corporate carpentry. We operate as distributors, purchasing directly from manufacturers to ensure the highest quality and variety for our customers. We are looking for a Sales Representative who works consultatively and strategically, responsible for prospecting new clients, managing an active portfolio, and maintaining relationships with clients and architects. We seek someone with market vision, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to understand the unique requirements of each project. ️ Key Activities and Responsibilities * Prospect new clients and manage the active portfolio; * Develop and maintain relationships with clients and a network of architects; * Conduct in-person (on-site and office-based) and telephone customer service; * Negotiate strategically, analyzing market indicators and practices; * Present commercial solutions aligned with clients' needs and expectations; * Conduct consultative sales in the corporate furniture segment; * Prepare technical and commercial reports when required; * Monitor projects and support the development of new business opportunities. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) * Variable commission of 2% to 5%, based on the discount offered to the client * Meal allowance: BRL 440.00/month * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy
