Establish negotiations with suppliers of carpentry, dry construction, and finishing materials. Focus on competitive cost, margin, quality, and inventory turnover. Manage critical inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking. Conduct market analysis and contract management. Collaborate cross-functionally with other company departments. Previous experience as Director of Purchasing, Supply Manager, Procurement Coordinator, or Acquisition Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
