PDV Execution Analyst

Job Summary: An architect with experience in project management and construction execution, focused on interior design for retail stores (PDVs) and fully furnished units—from concept to completion—managing budgets and suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Complete interior design project management for retail stores (PDVs) and fully furnished units. 2. Involvement from concept development through construction execution and handover. 3. Control of schedules, costs, quality, and suppliers. Description: MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in Architecture; * Proficiency in management platforms: Office, Planner, Bim 360; * Experience managing project schedules, costs, and quality; * Experience in construction execution; * Experience developing interior design projects—from concept through detailing and construction execution; * Willingness to travel; * Availability to work non-standard hours when required to oversee handover of fully furnished units. DAILY CHALLENGES: 1\. Projects and Planning * Request and ensure receipt of complete and up-to-date construction drawings from responsible departments. * Critically review interior design drawings, details, and necessary coordination for PDV and fully furnished unit execution. * Support the development or updating of interior design drawings and details for fully furnished units and PDVs. * Validate, together with the manager, preliminary studies (EP) and preliminary cost estimates for construction projects. * Ensure projects are executed in compliance with the builder’s standards and established technical requirements. * Document processes and controls in the quality management system, identifying weaknesses and proposing improvements. 2\. Budgeting, Procurement, and Purchasing * Prepare execution budgets (furniture, decoration, and services). * Lead supplier and contractor procurement processes (carpentry, metalwork, drywall, and other services). * Monitor timelines, contracts, and documentation related to procurements. * Create and track material and service requisitions. * Manage administrative routines of the department (purchase orders, approvals, entries, payment tracking, and invoices). * Purchase furniture, decorative items, and ambientation elements for fully furnished units. 3\. Construction Execution and Oversight * Monitor physical construction progress, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality, and approved design. * Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, managing processes to guarantee execution according to the builder’s standards. * Ensure all construction complies with applicable local regulations. * Support production and assembly of PDV and fully furnished unit components. * Monitor adjustments and corrections identified during execution, ensuring rapid recovery of the schedule. * Participate in final assembly of fully furnished units, ensuring finishes and ambientation comply with specifications. 4\. Handover and Completion * Validate final handover of PDVs/fully furnished units, verifying finishes, contracted items, and alignment with the approved construction drawings. * Monitor resolution of outstanding issues until full site release. 2512120202501915889
