Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing electrical, hydraulic, carpentry, joinery, and general maintenance tasks, adhering to safety and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and service orientation Work Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off — Shift: 08:00 to 16:20 * Perform electrical and hydraulic maintenance, including replacing, swapping, cleaning, repairing, and installing parts, components, and equipment. Carry out carpentry and joinery maintenance, such as repairing furniture, replacing and adjusting doors and windows, swapping parts, and repairing floors and wooden flooring. Maintain masonry and façades, restore paintwork, waterproof surfaces, and wash, prepare, and apply products. Assemble work and safety equipment, inspect sites, and install parts and components onto equipment. Perform general residential services (e.g., showerhead replacement, door and window repairs, etc.). Work in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards. * ? High school diploma preferred. ? Coursework in electricity, hydraulics, and refrigeration preferred. ? Ensure optimal operation of hotel premises and facilities. ? Ability to complete tasks within specified deadlines, dynamism, teamwork, and service orientation.
