* Perform general maintenance activities covering building and electrical areas, complying with current safety regulations to keep machines, equipment, motors, panels, electrical networks, and installations in perfect working condition; * Perform low-complexity preventive and corrective electrical maintenance (e.g., replacing light bulbs, switches, outlets, and others) to maintain operational installations in perfect working condition, meeting current standards and regulations; * Perform civil and hydrosanitary maintenance on buildings, ensuring quick, safe, and low-cost solutions for assigned tasks, adhering to the company's service execution requirements; * Perform basic carpentry and joinery tasks; * Perform painting, locksmithing, masonry, and welding tasks whenever necessary; * Ensure proper maintenance, organization, and preservation of work equipment and tools, using mandatory PPE for task execution and requesting replacements whenever necessary to avoid activity interruptions; * Perform work at heights, complying with safety regulations, for roof, gutter, façade, and interior maintenance and restoration, repairs and renovations of building installations, and light bulb replacement, among others; * Supervise services performed by contracted specialized companies, providing necessary information and assistance, and reporting required information to superiors; * Monitor generator operation during peak hours. * Completed or ongoing elementary education; * Knowledge of food refrigeration; * CNH B; * Availability for frequent travel.
