Job Summary: The Logistics Analyst will monitor operations, analyze key indicators, prepare managerial reports, and support operational optimization to achieve greater control and efficiency. The Logistics Analyst’s primary focus will be monitoring operations, analyzing key indicators, preparing managerial reports, and supporting operational optimization—ensuring greater control, efficiency, and decision-making support for the department. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor transportation operations performance, tracking service-level indicators, costs, deadlines, and incidents; * Analyze operational data to identify deviations, improvement opportunities, and areas requiring attention within logistics processes; * Develop and update managerial reports and monitoring dashboards, ensuring data reliability; * Support management in defining and tracking action plans aimed at optimizing costs, deadlines, and productivity; * Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and partners to align operations and meet established SLAs; * Support process standardization initiatives and continuous improvement in transportation operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in freight transportation operations, data analysis, KPI monitoring, and financial routines; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; Experience with ERP systems and the E\-commerce market is a plus. * #### **For over 85 years,** **our story has been built every day with a single purpose: caring for the comfort and quality of life of generations of Brazilians.
