Opportunity for learning and development General Helper – Sofa Factory | CLT | Monday to Friday **Job Description:** We are hiring a General Helper to work at a high-end sofa factory. We seek committed individuals who are willing to perform physical labor and eager to learn. Prior experience is not required — we provide on-the-job training. **Responsibilities:** * Unload received materials * Package sofas for shipment * Assist in transporting sofas between departments * Support loading onto trucks * Stuff cushions * Cut fabric and wood * Assemble and secure frames * Measure materials according to specifications **Requirements:** * Proficiency with tools (scissors, hammer, pliers, saw, etc.) * Availability for physical work * No restrictions for manual labor activities * Commitment and responsibility **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in carpentry, upholstery, or production **Salary and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 1.700,00 * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance (after confirmation) * Food Voucher (after confirmation) **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Employment Type:** * Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.700,00 – R$1.900,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Food Voucher * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
