Preventive patrols and event support **ON-SITE POSITION – FACILITY MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** UniCambury, located at T-2, Sol Nascente Sector, seeks a proactive professional to provide direct infrastructure support to the institution, assisting the maintenance supervisor. **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Mode:** On-site **About the Position:** Responsible for operational and preventive facility support, with the following duties: * Hydraulic maintenance: assisting in repairing leaks in faucets, drinking fountains, flush valves, and basic unclogging; * Minor civil repairs: touch-ups on paint, tile adjustments, flooring fixes, and minor masonry repairs; * Basic carpentry and locksmith work: hinge adjustments, lock replacements, and repair of academic furniture (chairs and tables); * Preventive patrols: conducting daily inspections at reception and classrooms to ensure proper functioning of air conditioning and lighting; * Event support: assisting in setup and dismantling of structures, projectors, and organizing spaces for lectures; * Supplies management: supporting the organization of maintenance materials and tool inventory. **Compensation and Benefits:** Salary: R$ 1.666,67 Hazard pay allowance (20%): approximate total of **R$ 2.000,00** Transportation voucher: **R$ 8.60 per day** 60%–80% discount on institutional courses (for employee or immediate family member) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday (alternating weeks): until 12:00 PM **Location:** UniCambury – T-2 / Sol Nascente Sector Payment: R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
