




**Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and schedule daily installer routes, optimizing travel and site visits * Monitor construction progress in real time, identifying potential delays or difficulties * Resolve on-site operational issues, such as equipment breakdowns, material shortages, or urgent replacement needs * Maintain constant communication with installers to provide support and align activities * Update and populate internal communication spreadsheets daily, reporting project status and any incidents * Track installer availability and adjust routes as needed to accommodate unforeseen events * Assist in coordinating logistics of materials to ensure no shortages occur on site * Support managers with periodic reports on construction progress and suggestions for improvement * Ensure adherence to deadlines and maintain quality standards in internal construction processes **Requirements:** * Prior experience monitoring or supporting construction projects, preferably involving partition installation, civil construction, or custom-built furniture * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields * Strong ability to communicate clearly and resolve problems quickly * Basic proficiency in electronic spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) * Availability for frequent contact with field teams * Proactive, dynamic profile with a results-oriented mindset **Behavioral Competencies:** * Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations * Strong interpersonal communication skills * Team spirit and collaborative attitude * Analytical capability to monitor KPIs and track construction progress * Proactivity in anticipating problems and seeking solutions Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$2,000.00 – R$2,600.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
