Job Summary: Coordinate and oversee carpentry projects from planning through delivery, ensuring execution in accordance with scope, schedule, quality, and budget, acting as a liaison among departments. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate the development and progress of carpentry projects. 2. Serve as an interface between various departments of the company. 3. Ensure project compliance with client requirements and cost control. Carpentry Project Coordinator Responsible for coordinating and overseeing carpentry projects from the planning phase to final delivery, ensuring projects are executed per defined scope, timeline, quality standards, and budget. Acts as a liaison among project, production, procurement, and installation departments. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Main Responsibilities * Coordinate the development and progress of carpentry projects together with the team of designers. * Monitor production and installation schedules. * Serve as an interface among project, estimating, production, procurement, and construction departments. * Ensure projects are complete and approved for production. * Review technical drawings and material specifications. * Control timelines for each project phase. * Support resolution of technical issues or design adjustments. * Monitor construction and installation progress when required. * Ensure projects align with client-approved deliverables. * Manage project changes and communicate them to relevant departments. * Monitor costs and potential deviations from the plan. * Organize technical documentation for projects. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Technical Competencies * Experience in custom or corporate carpentry projects. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Knowledge of carpentry materials (MDF, hardware, finishes). * Experience with carpentry production processes. * Proficiency in design software such as Promob, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar tools. * Knowledge of project planning and control methodologies.
