Job Summary: Carpentry/Joinery Assistant to assist with cutting, sanding, drilling, finishing, and assembling components, as well as performing furniture maintenance and repairs. Key Highlights: 1. Handle manual and electric tools **CARPENTRY/JOINERY ASSISTANT** * Assist with cutting, sanding, drilling, and finishing of components; * Sort, organize, and prepare materials and tools; * Assist with gluing, fastening, and assembling structures; * Perform **furniture maintenance and repairs**, such as adjustments, part replacements, structural reinforcements, and simple restorations; * Operate manual and electric tools (saw, drill, sander, screwdriver, etc.), always under supervision; * Keep the workplace clean and organized; * Assist with loading and unloading materials. **Desired Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of carpentry or joinery; * Proficiency in using manual tools; * Ability to read and interpret simple blueprints; * Organization, attention to detail, and willingness to perform physical labor; * Prior experience in this role is desirable.
