Repair and replacement of wooden components **Job Description:** **A carpenter plans and executes carpentry work at construction sites. He is responsible for assembling wooden and metal formwork, constructing scaffolding and wooden roof structures. He also assembles doors and windows and shores large structures. Upon job completion, he dismantles scaffolding.** **Responsibilities:** * **Install and adjust wooden fixtures such as windows, doors, stairs, baseboards, partitions, ceilings, and moldings** * **Construct wooden formwork for concrete pouring** * **Repair wooden components by replacing misaligned or deteriorated parts** * **Assemble roofs, doors, windows, stairs, and other structures** * **Interpret blueprints and technical specifications (a plus)** * **Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wooden structures** * **Apply sealants, varnish, or paint for wood** **Requirements:** * **Prior experience as a Construction Carpenter.** * **Commitment, responsibility, and willingness to work in a team.** * **Basic knowledge of on-site safety practices.** **We Offer:** * **Market-competitive remuneration.** * **Benefits card, after probationary period** * **Profit-sharing program (PLR)** * **Monday to Friday work schedule** * **Free lunch** * **Life insurance** * **Free transportation** * **Complete uniform and PPE** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.521,20 \- R$3\.980,00 per month Benefits: * Profit sharing * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
