You will be responsible for ensuring that everything functions correctly and safely, performing necessary repairs and safeguarding the building's infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities:** Perform minor electrical repairs (e.g., replacing light bulbs, outlets). Carry out basic plumbing repairs (e.g., faucets, flush valves, simple leaks). Maintain school furniture (e.g., desks, doors, locks). Perform touch-up painting and minor wall repairs. Inspect and maintain common areas (e.g., courtyards, gates, roofs) in good condition. Support event setup and furniture relocation. **Essential Requirements:** Proven experience as a Building Maintenance Assistant, Maintenance Technician, or in similar roles. Practical knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, painting, and minor masonry/carpentry repairs. Proactive, organized, and possessing strong problem-solving skills. **Preferred Qualification:** Demonstrating responsibility and care when working in a school environment, prioritizing student safety.
