Job Summary: Responsible for general maintenance services, repairs, and technical-operational support for facilities, ensuring preservation and organization. Key Highlights: 1. General and preventive/corrective building maintenance across various areas. 2. Repairs machines, equipment, and facilities. 3. Technical and operational support for routine tasks. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform general maintenance and minor repairs; * Assist in cleaning, preservation, and organization, while providing technical and operational support for routine tasks in these facilities; * Carry out general building maintenance activities; * Conduct tests to identify and locate faults in installations; * Prepare infrastructure for machines and equipment; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, mechanical, painting, carpentry, joinery, locksmithing, masonry, and refrigeration systems; * Perform mechanical work on various types of machines and equipment; * Disassemble, repair, and adjust various types of tools according to instructions, drawings, or sketches; * Perform general electrical work; * Maintain machines, tools, and equipment in good condition; * Fabricate, assemble, and maintain wooden furniture and installations; * Operate industrial machinery and specialized tools; * Follow project technical standards; * Assist in cleaning, preservation, and organization; * Provide technical and operational support. \- Professional experience in this role or similar positions is required.
