Come experience this journey and \#ChooseGPA! **Requirements:** RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES Constantly striving to deliver the best shopping experience for our customers; Focus on differentiation strategies through Perishables departments; Ensuring store operations such as orders, inventories, planograms, daily checklists, and guiding colleagues on internal processes; Monitoring KPIs and reporting strategic actions aimed at optimizing store performance; People management, focusing on developing our talents; Direct interaction with customers to ensure quality service; Negotiating with suppliers and internal departments to secure better sales opportunities; Compliance with fiscal, sanitary, and other regulatory requirements; Personnel-related activities ( **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** 6 days on / 1 day off rotation **Benefits:** WHAT YOU’LL GET HERE?
