That was only the beginning of a trajectory that has made us a solid market reference and one of the best companies to work for. **Responsibilities and Duties** A professional from the CONTRACTOR who possesses basic knowledge of common programming languages, is capable of understanding the types of issues the application may present, can build a mental model of how the software works internally, test the boundaries of that model, and perform automated tests when necessary. * Completed higher education (undergraduate and/or lato sensu postgraduate and/or stricto sensu postgraduate) in Information Technology. * Experience as a Senior Test Analyst and in agile development. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Purpose of the Role** Ensure the integrity, reliability, and performance of the School Cashbox tool (SGD), while leading the quality strategy for new projects based on agent-oriented programming. The professional will be responsible for defining testing standards covering both rigid public administration business rules and the dynamic behavior of AI agents. **Key Responsibilities** * QA Strategy: Plan and execute test cycles (manual and automated) for sustaining and evolving the SGD system. * Test Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts for front-end, back-end (REST APIs), and integration workflows. * Quality in Agent-Based AI: Create methodologies to test agent-based systems (LLMs), validating non-determinism, prompt consistency, chain-of-thought reasoning, and hallucination mitigation. * Quality Culture: Support developers in implementing unit tests and ensure the "Definition of Done" (DoD) includes rigorous acceptance criteria. * Load and Security Testing: Perform performance validations and identify basic vulnerabilities in critical school financial management systems. * Documentation: Author test plans, bug reports, test cases, and technical QA process documentation. * Collaboration: Work alongside Requirements Analysts and Developers to refine user stories from a testability perspective. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed higher education (technologist, undergraduate and/or lato sensu postgraduate and/or stricto sensu postgraduate) in Information Technology. * Senior Experience: Solid track record in Quality Assurance (QA) and software process control. * Automation: Proficiency with modern tools such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium. * API Testing: Advanced experience in REST service testing (Postman, Insomnia, or code-based frameworks). * Databases: Knowledge of PostgreSQL for data validation and test data setup. * Agile Mindset: Experience with Scrum/Kanban and management tools (Jira/Azure DevOps). * CI/CD: Familiarity with integrating automated tests into deployment pipelines. * Autonomy: Ability to lead the quality function in a remote, consultative environment. **At least one certification from the following certifying bodies is required:** * ISTQB \- International Software Testing Qualifications Board; * QAI Global Institute \- Quality Assurance; * ALATS \- Latin American Association of Software Testing; * IBQTS \- Brazilian Institute of Software Testing Quality; * IIST \- International Institute for Software Testing. **Preferred Qualifications** * AI Experience: Familiarity with testing applications leveraging LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Ollama). * Programming: Knowledge of Node.js/TypeScript (to align with the developers' tech stack). * Public Sector: Prior experience with public or financial management systems. * Security Testing: Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and financial system auditing. **Additional Information** In continuous evolution, we foster a collaborative, respectful, and inclusive environment. **We invest in talent development** and implement practices that optimize and connect diverse technological and innovative aspects.
