Company Industry: Technology / Development of Electronic Security Equipment Position: Software Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst Work Modality: On-site – CLT Work Location: São José do Rio Preto – SP Key Responsibilities: * Develop test cases based on technical requirements and real-world usage scenarios * Create and maintain test plans, test scripts, and QA documentation * Perform functional (manual and automated), regression, exploratory, and interface testing * Validate data integrity, usability, accessibility, and application security * Identify, document, track, and verify defects * Utilize and implement test automation to improve efficiency * Collaborate with developers, project managers, and designers to ensure delivery quality * Clearly communicate issues and suggest improvements * Contribute quality metrics and indicators (e.g., bug counts, test coverage) Salary: * Salary expectation (determined according to experience) Benefits: * Meal Allowance – BRL 32.00/day * Health Insurance (co-payment) * Dental Insurance * Birthday Day Off Working Hours: * Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 18:00 Academic Qualifications: * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields (preferred) Requirements: * Experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) * Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing * Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) * Familiarity with REST APIs and integration testing * Experience with version control using Git/GitHub * Basic understanding of programming logic Technical Competencies: * Testing techniques (black-box, white-box, regression, smoke, sanity, usability, performance) * Experience with test automation (UI and API) * Knowledge of CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar) * Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS and status codes * Basic knowledge of databases and SQL * Fundamental knowledge of networks and servers * Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, iOS) Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with test automation tools * Experience improving QA processes * Knowledge of application security Compensation: BRL 2,824.56 – BRL 5,543.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
