The Junior Financial Analyst is responsible for independently executing routine financial department tasks, ensuring accuracy, organization, and adherence to deadlines. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing and updating entries in ERP systems (Omie and Conta Azul); * Issuing invoices and performing bank reconciliations; * Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable activities; * Scheduling payments; * Negotiating payment terms and directly contacting customers; * Assisting with cash flow forecasting; * Assisting with negotiation of payment terms and direct customer contact, supporting system implementation and creation of financial reports. Our requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Financial Management or related fields (in progress or completed); * Intermediate Excel skills; * Prior experience with Omie or Conta Azul systems is desirable.
