Job Summary: Analyst responsible for processing and reconciling monthly telecom service billing, ensuring data accuracy, and identifying inconsistencies. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative environment and real growth opportunities **Main Responsibilities** * Process and reconcile monthly telecom service billing * Validate consumption data, contracts, and operational databases prior to invoice issuance * Identify and resolve billing inconsistencies, coordinating with internal departments * Ensure adherence to delivery deadlines * Flag potential revenue decline risks based on contract validity periods * Monitor post-billing adjustments, credits, and corrections * Collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy * Conduct billing variance analysis * Prepare and present financial books for strategic clients **Requirements** * Experience with recurring billing (preferably in telecom, services, or technology) * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills * Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail * Organizational and deadline management skills * Strong communication skills for interacting with internal departments and vendors **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in Telecom Expense Management (TEM) * Knowledge of telecom operators (Vivo, Claro, TIM, etc.) * Hands-on experience analyzing telecom invoices * Experience with tools such as NXT, structured spreadsheets, or billing systems **Expected Profile** * Sense of accountability for numbers and deadlines * Ability to handle high-volume, high-criticality tasks * Proactive approach to identifying inconsistencies * Operational discipline and organizational skills * Prioritization capability **What We Offer:** * Compensation: R$ 2\.500,00 * Meal Allowance (R$ 704.00 – Sólides Benefits); * Transportation Allowance; * Health Insurance fully covered by the company (after 3 months); * Dental Insurance fully covered by the company; * TotalPass; * Life Insurance; * Collaborative environment with real growth opportunities; * Continuous training and professional development.
