Additionally, you’ll serve as the **primary point of contact and proactive leader**, engaging with internal teams and partner industries to ensure continuous advancement of this critical process. Key Activities: * **Monitor and manage real-time** performance metrics, with special focus on timelines and costs related to the technical assistance process. * **Implement projects and improvements** with the supplier base to optimize costs and timelines, maintaining an **end-to-end perspective** across the entire supply chain. * **Propose continuous ideas and innovations** to better serve our customers and elevate the technical assistance service standard. * **Direct collaboration with Technology and Product teams** to support development of faster, more scalable solutions and improvements in management platforms and systems.
