This professional will be responsible for identifying, testing, and scaling growth levers through continuous experimentation, directly impacting key business metrics. **Responsibilities** * Identify growth opportunities across the funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization) * Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests with statistical rigor * Formulate hypotheses based on data and user behavior * Collaborate closely with product, technology, and marketing teams * Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights * Build dashboards and analyses to support decision-making * Prioritize experiments based on impact and effort **Qualifications** ------------------ * Experience in growth, product, or analytical domains * Strong data orientation and analytical thinking * Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation * Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) * Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation * Understanding of business metrics and conversion funnels **Additional Information** -------------------------- Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
