This role will play a key part in ensuring scale, quality, and efficiency in data intake—enabling product growth and improved recovery rates. **What You’ll Do** * Evolve data ingestion workflows (APIs, file submissions, etc.) * Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks * Prioritize backlog with a focus on business impact * Collaborate closely with IT, Biz Dev, and other stakeholders * Improve system quality and scalability **What We’re Looking For** * Experience as a PO/PM for digital products * Strong analytical capability and data orientation * Experience with integrations, APIs, or data handling * Pragmatic profile with execution focus * Ability to navigate complex scenarios Nice-to-Haves * Experience with B2B products * Exposure to complex or legacy systems * Experience in high-scale environments **Qualifications** ------------------ **Qualifications** * B2B * Data and metrics analysis * Stakeholder management * Basic knowledge of APIs and file submissions * Knowledge of negative reporting or collections **Additional Information** -------------------------- Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
