Job Summary: Work as a Requirements Analyst, mapping processes, proposing business solutions, authoring user stories, and ensuring the quality of deliverables within a team. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in requirements elicitation and analysis with clients 2. Development of business solutions based on critical and well-founded analysis 3. Ensuring the quality of deliverables and collaborating with the development team **Please note that the selection process consists of 5 stages:** 1\. Resume screening 2\. Technical assessment (a technical test will be sent by the team after the resume screening stage) 3\. Interview with the company’s team 4\. Technical interview (involving clients) 5\. Salary offer (considering the candidate’s salary expectation and the company’s job grading system) **Below are details about the position:** Remote work (Monday to Friday, 44 hours/week); CLT employment; remuneration to be negotiated (based on salary expectation and the company’s job grading system); **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct requirements elicitation and analysis jointly with clients and their representatives; * Perform scenario analysis and diagnosis (AS IS / TO BE); * Map business processes and rules; * Propose appropriate business solutions grounded in critical and well-founded analysis; * Conduct studies and research to identify the optimal solution for business needs; * Author user stories; * Define acceptance criteria; * Ensure the quality of deliverables, products, processes, and projects; * Maintain up-to-date and consistent project artifacts directly related to requirements engineering; * Author and review project documentation; * Maintain and ensure the organization of project artifacts; * Report progress of project activities and actions; * Collaborate with the development team, supporting peers in executing their tasks within the planned timebox; * Conduct software testing and log defects to validate requirements/business rules approved by users; * Document, evolve, and disseminate best practices, processes, routines, and procedures; * Conduct meetings for presentation, demonstration, validation, and client sign-off of deliverables; * Ensure delivery quality jointly with the team; * Participate in planning (planning), review (review), retrospective (retrospective), and daily stand-up (daily meeting) ceremonies with the team. **Required / Desired Qualifications:** ***Minimum Required Knowledge:*** * Requirements engineering; * Business process modeling/diagramming; * Agile methodologies for system/product development; * Creation of artifacts related to requirements engineering; * Specification of user stories; * Prototyping and wireframing; * Familiarity with best practices for backlog creation and maintenance; * Analytical thinking. ***Desired Knowledge:*** * UI / UX knowledge; * Experience in healthcare systems; * GIT; * Miro; * Figma or Bizagi. (e.g., UML tools, interviews, workshops, use case analysis) Education: * Completed undergraduate degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Requirements Analysis (Mandatory) * Agile software development methodologies (Preferred) * Use of Jira or similar tools (Mandatory) * Authoring user stories in BDD format (Mandatory) Work Location: Remote
