**Vice Presidency: Information Technology** **Work Location: Remote** **Directorate: Data and Artificial Intelligence** **Responsibilities and Duties** We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work within the **Vivo Data & AI Directorate**, as part of the **AI Engineering Platform** team. The professional will be responsible for developing scalable and secure solutions, supporting the evolution of APIs, SDKs, and services that power artificial intelligence applications and agents. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain **platform APIs, SDKs, and services**. * Implement integrations and orchestration layers for AI agents and services. * Ensure **security, performance, and observability** in cloud-based distributed systems. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary squads, supporting technical decisions and architectural evolution. * Contribute to continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and **DevOps/Infrastructure-as-Code** practices. * Participate in technical discussions, proposing solutions aligned with engineering best practices. * Support and mentor less experienced developers, strengthening a quality-oriented culture. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** * Solid experience in **backend development** (Node.js, Nest.js). * Experience in **microservices architecture and development**. * Practical experience with **Docker and Kubernetes** for application creation, deployment, and management. * Knowledge of **cloud-native architectures** (preferably Azure: AKS, Event Hub, Cosmos DB, Redis, MongoAtlas). * Experience with **REST and gRPC APIs**, messaging, and asynchronous communication (SSE, WebSockets). * Hands-on experience with **CI/CD in Azure DevOps** and Git version control. * Knowledge of **API security** (OAuth 2.0, authentication, credential management). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **large language models and artificial intelligence**. * Knowledge of **best practices for prompt engineering**. * Experience with agent and orchestration libraries (LangChain, LangGraph). * Knowledge of **Infrastructure-as-Code** (Terraform, Ansible). * Experience with **observability** (logs, metrics, monitoring). **Expected Profile** * Strong communication skills and clarity when presenting ideas. * Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. * Proactivity in identifying and resolving problems. * Commitment to quality, scalability, and technical governance. **Additional Information** At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees.
