Description
If you are passionate about innovation and seek to work in an agile, collaborative, and challenging environment, this could be your opportunity!
Our RevOps team is responsible for driving productivity, efficiency, and predictability across Asaas’ revenue structures. We work closely with Marketing, Pre\-sales, Sales, Channels, and Customer Success teams, connecting data, processes, and tools to support better decision\-making and unlock growth opportunities.
For our Insights squad, we are seeking a **Senior Revenue Operations Analyst**, who will focus specifically on Pre\-sales, Sales, and Channels. This person will generate actionable insights for management, identify opportunities within key metrics, and lead initiatives that enhance commercial operations efficiency. We seek a candidate with strong analytical capability, autonomy, systemic vision, and the ability to influence decisions through data.
Interested but don’t reside in Joinville? No problem — we fully support remote work\/home office.
**Responsibilities and duties**
* Serve as the performance authority for Pre\-sales, Sales, and Channels, bearing direct responsibility for the quality of analysis and its translation into action — not merely report delivery;
* Diagnose funnel issues (conversion, productivity, cycle time, origin, segment) and drive resolution jointly with Process and Tech Stack squads, acting as a bridge between identified problems and required operational changes;
* Define, together with commercial leadership, action plans based on diagnostics, tracking implementation and measuring impact — not just presenting findings;
* Proactively anticipate risks and opportunities in commercial operations through continuous data analysis, proposing agenda items rather than only responding to requests;
* Own end\-to\-end commercial intelligence initiatives — from hypothesis to result validation — including controlled experiments when appropriate;
* Ensure consistency and governance of commercial data in the CRM and analytical databases, proposing business rules and criteria upon identifying structural inconsistencies;
* Serve as the primary liaison with Pre\-sales, Sales, and Channels leadership during management rituals, delivering critical analysis and defending positions with sound reasoning.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Prior experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, Business Ops, or commercial intelligence functions;
* Experience with HubSpot, especially leveraging commercial data and reporting;
* Hands\-on experience with data and analytics tools such as Metabase and Databricks;
* Ability to navigate diverse data sources and transform information into actionable insights;
* Experience working side\-by\-side with commercial leadership (coordinators, managers, or VPs), including the ability to defend recommendations in management meetings;
* Business acumen extending beyond isolated funnels — understanding how Pre\-sales, Sales, and Channels interconnect, and how bottlenecks at one stage impact others.
**Preferred qualifications:**
* Experience in payment processing companies, banking, or fintechs;
* Experience leading cross\-functional projects, even without formal leadership titles.
**Additional information**
* Standard work schedule: 8 hours per day (Monday to Friday — Saturdays are not compensated);
* Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws);
