**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Senior **People Analytics Analyst** to strategically analyze people data and help transform insights into business-relevant decisions. The People Analytics scope is embedded within the Bank’s Compensation structure and is currently in its development phase—offering an opportunity for significant ownership. The professional will play a central role in **building and evolving this pillar**, creating metrics, analyses, and insights that directly impact People and business strategy.
**Responsibilities:*** Design, analyze, and maintain strategic and operational People Analytics metrics—including headcount, turnover, diversity, engagement, performance, and compensation—based on senior leadership requirements;
* Develop and maintain dashboards, management reports, and executive presentations for HR, leadership, and committees, organizing requests into projects with clearly defined scope and timelines;
* Conduct statistical analyses and advanced studies by integrating and processing HR subsystem databases (HR Administration, Recruitment & Selection, Human Development & Organization, Training & Development, and Compensation);
* Automate data extraction, processing, and visualization routines to improve operational efficiency and analytical scalability;
* Support leadership and Business Partners in interpreting data and making strategic decisions;
* Ensure governance, reliability, and consistency of people-related information;
* Collaborate closely with the Technology team to enhance analytics capabilities and data integration;
* Promote a data-driven culture and propose continuous improvements to people management processes, metrics, and analytical models;
* Support recurring compensation activities—including personnel budgeting and forecasting, variable compensation, and related management reports.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in fields such as Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines;
* Proven experience in People Analytics, HR Management Information Systems (MIS), or data-focused roles applied to Human Resources;
* Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Excel, VBA, SQL, Python, Power Automate, or similar);
* Knowledge of HR metrics, compensation, personnel budgeting, and performance indicators;
* Experience in data processing and integration, translating complex analyses into executive-level materials and presentations for senior leadership.
