**Job Description**
We are seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to focus on performance, management indicators, and analytical reporting, supporting area leadership in monitoring results and decision-making, with emphasis on collections and payment processing.
This professional will be responsible for structuring operational and financial data into indicators, analyses, and executive presentations, contributing to improved efficiency, result control, and visibility of area performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and analyze **performance indicators (KPIs)** related to **collections and payment processing**;
* Structure projects and processes
* Conduct critical analyses of operational efficiency, financial impact, aging, recoveries, and performance deviations;
* Structure and maintain **recurring reports, controls, and dashboards**;
* Support leadership in preparing **management and executive presentations**, with clear interpretation of results, trends, and risks;
* Analyze indicator variances, trends, and gaps, supporting action plan definition;
* Collaborate with operational, finance, and risk teams, linking data to real-world process contexts;
* Contribute to standardization and governance of area indicators;
* Support continuous improvement initiatives based on quantitative and qualitative analyses.
* Requirements:
+ Completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields);
+ Experience in **payment processing** (credit cards, debit cards, acquiring, gateways, sub-acquiring);
+ Experience with **chargebacks**, disputes, and card network rules;
+ Knowledge of collections escalation frameworks
+ Ability to perform **critical data analysis** and attention to detail;
+ Organizational skills, sense of priority, and adherence to deadlines;
+ Advanced proficiency in **Excel/Power BI** for analysis, controls, and reporting.
+ Intermediate proficiency in SQL Server for data extraction and analysis
**Qualifications**
Experience in payment processing, proactive attitude, communication, and organization
