This professional will be responsible for building modern, integrated, and secure applications using **Node.js** and **React**, with a focus on high availability and integration with corporate systems. **Responsibilities** * Develop complete applications using Node.js and React, ensuring integration with APIs and corporate systems. * Ensure robust architecture and performance, applying best practices and automated testing. * Implement complex integrations with CRM, ERP, and external platforms. * Address scalability and security challenges, applying OWASP standards. * Monitor performance and propose continuous improvements. * Lead technical decisions and guide/mentor the team. * Document solutions and processes to ensure traceability. * Participate in agile ceremonies (SCRUM), collaborating with analysts for incremental deliveries. * Responsible for deploying updates to staging and production environments, performing initial test validations to ensure stability and quality. * Explore AI solutions to automate tasks for code development, data analysis, and generate insights supporting strategic decision-making. **Professional Experience** * Experience in PHP, Laravel/Symfony, and React, Redux development. * Experience with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), CI/CD, Docker. * Knowledge of security, architecture, and e-commerce integrations. **Behavioral Profile** * Proactive, challenging the status quo, collaborative, innovative, organized. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Conflict management and results orientation. **Education and Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced knowledge of PHP, React, architecture, and security. * English and Spanish proficiency desirable.
