Collaborating with the engineering team to develop efficient project execution strategies. Monitoring activity progress and identifying potential deviations from the plan, proposing solutions to keep the project on schedule and within budget. Documenting all stages of the planning and execution process, ensuring traceability of decisions made and compliance with project requirements. Staying up to date with best practices and trends in civil engineering, contributing to continuous improvement of team processes and outcomes. Tracking activities related to the project lifecycle, including pre-construction scheduling and cross-functional integration.
