We are looking for a talent to fill the role of **Senior Distribution Analyst.** **Let’s together transform collaboration into results?** **Responsibilities and Duties** **How You Will Contribute** Our Executive Corporate Construction Supervision Unit, under the Corporate Technical Assets Management Division of Equatorial Maranhão, aims to ensure quality, technical compliance, adherence to deadlines, and regulatory standards for all construction projects executed within the electrical system—ensuring installed assets meet requirements for safety, performance, and business sustainability. In this position, you will work at the **Equatorial Energia – São Luís/MA** unit. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Process management and indicator analysis; * Development of procedures; * Preparation of managerial presentations; * Budget management for activation activities; * Team productivity management; * Evaluation of service quality delivered by suppliers, etc. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Accounting, or Computer Science. * Professional experience required in administration, management, production, control, planning, and budgeting of construction projects, etc. * MBA in Management, MBA in Process Quality, Project Management, Controllership, or Auditing—desirable; * Proficiency required in SAP Finance, SAP Proj, and intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Office Suite; **Additional Information** **Why Apply:** Joining Grupo Equatorial means becoming part of an expanding company with a culture that values continuous development, talent diversity, and commitment to the future.
