The role entails executing and coordinating complex DHO department activities, including Training projects, Organizational Development programs, organizational climate analysis, and talent management. Responsibilities include leading Recruitment & Selection (R\&S) processes, managing performance evaluation cycles, supporting leaders in delivering feedback and developing individual development plans, implementing engagement and talent retention initiatives, and monitoring departmental KPIs.
