We are looking for a Senior Data Analytics Analyst to serve as the technical reference for digital data measurement and analysis. This person will be responsible for transforming data into business intelligence, supporting strategic decisions, and ensuring the evolution of the company's analytics practices. **Responsibilities and duties** * Lead strategic analyses on digital performance, user behavior, and conversion. * Define and monitor business KPIs and digital performance metrics. * Conduct in-depth analyses of customer journey and optimization opportunities. * Build executive dashboards and automate data analysis processes. * Serve as the technical reference for Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and BigQuery. * Ensure the quality of digital data collection and measurement. * Structure measurement plans, event documentation, and data layers in collaboration with technology teams. * Support the implementation of best practices for digital data measurement and governance. * Partner with Marketing, Product, Technology, and BI teams to define metrics and strategies. * Present analyses and recommendations to leadership and executive stakeholders. * Identify opportunities to optimize performance and advance the company’s analytical maturity. * Track trends and propose continuous improvements to analytics tools, processes, and methodologies. **Requirements and qualifications** * Solid experience in Digital Analytics or Web Analytics. * Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and BigQuery. * Advanced SQL. * Experience with Power BI and/or Looker Studio. * Hands-on experience analyzing funnels, user behavior, attribution, and digital measurement. * Experience building executive dashboards and business-facing presentations. * Consulting mindset, analytical profile, and ability to influence diverse stakeholders. **Additional information** * Meal and food allowance via FLASH card * Remote work allowance via FLASH card * Health insurance according to your location * Dental insurance according to your location * Birthday day off \+ amount deposited to FLASH card * Extended maternity and paternity leave * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Life insurance * Childcare allowance * Referral bonus * Transportation allowance * Clude \| Health Platform Total Pass * We are a global technology, strategy, marketing, and data services company, leading digital transformations and strategies for over 25 years—driving growth across digital and physical channels for major enterprises.
