Join Cadastra!** We are looking for a Senior Data Analytics Analyst to work consultatively on digital performance analysis, transforming data into insights that support strategic decisions. This role will have strong interaction with Marketing, Product, Technology, and Business teams. **This position is fully remote.** **Responsibilities and duties** **In our Data Hub, you will take on the following challenges:** * Monitor and analyze digital performance KPIs. * Develop analyses on user behavior, customer journey, and conversion funnels. * Build executive dashboards and analytical reports. * Automate queries and data extraction processes whenever possible. * Implement and validate events using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4\. * Ensure data collection quality and support improvements in measurement processes. * Work with BigQuery, SQL, and data visualization tools. * Monitor digital campaigns, analyzing impact and optimization opportunities. * Document events and measurement plans. * Present results and recommendations to stakeholders. **Requirements and qualifications** **What Cadastra expects from you:** * Experience in Digital Analytics or Data Analytics. * Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. * Knowledge of SQL. * Experience with BigQuery. * Experience with Power BI or Looker Studio. * Knowledge of digital campaign measurement and user behavior analysis. * Strong communication skills and analytical ability. **Additional information** **What we offer:** * Meal and food allowance via FLASH card * Remote work allowance via FLASH card * Health insurance according to your location * Dental insurance according to your location * Birthday day off \+ amount deposited to FLASH card * Extended maternity and paternity leave * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Life insurance * Childcare assistance * Referral bonus * Transportation voucher * Clude \| Health Platform Total Pass * We are a global technology services company specializing in strategy, marketing, and data, and for 25 years we have been leading digital transformations and strategies that drive growth across digital and physical channels of major enterprises.
